  1. Editing After Delivery: Prices do not include additional editing of photos, videos, or 360° images after delivery to the customer, except as provided in our Errors and Corrections terms below (2).

  2. Errors and Corrections: We will correct errors we make at no charge, if those errors are reported to us within five business days or less of delivery to the customer.

  3. Refunds: We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. In the event that we fail to meet your requirements, upon your request, we will provide a full refund of fees paid for the products where the failure occurred.

  4. Turn-around Time: Photos are generally delivered, in digital form, by noon (12pm) of the business day following the shoot, unless other arrangements are made at the time of booking.

  5. Cancellations: Any appointment canceled by a customer less than twenty-four (24) hours ahead of the scheduled time shall be subject to a late cancellation fee of 35% of the cost of the scheduled services.

  6. Cancelled payments, or non-payment: Hearth and Vine will charge 18% interest, accrued monthly, on any jobs not paid within 30 days from the appointment date.

  7. We make every effort to keep our scheduled appointments and meet or exceed your expectations. However, we are not liable for delays or cancellations due to adverse weather, road conditions, traffic, equipment failure, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

  8. Hearth and Vine / The Vine Studios reserves the right to refuse service for any reason.

  9. Hearth and Vine has specific contracts for most of our work. The terms and conditions in each contract shall supersede any terms and conditions given on this web site.
